Configuration of an alert system in the tunnel using audio information
Audio information can be used to solve the problem of some parts of visual warnings and alerts, such as conventional signs and information boards, which are difficult to convey, and a high “Recognition” effect can be expected.
Basically, this is a system with multiple speakers installed in expressway tunnels at approximately 50 m intervals to provide audio information to all drivers while driving.
Computer simulations are performed in advance to design an optimal alert system for the installation environment in the tunnel.
