(Free On-site Lecture) Expressway safety seminar (Limited to Japan)

Know your Expressways and Drive More Safely.

Central Nippon Highway Engineering Tokyo Co., Ltd. offers a free on-site lecture, “Highway Traffic Safety Seminar”. In response to requests from companies, various organizations, schools, etc., our company personnel will visit and talk about how to make driving on the expressway safer, such as the occurrence of traffic accidents and points of traffic safety, etc.

We will introduce points to safely and comfortably use the expressways that are unfamiliar by interweaving photos and data.

We look forward to hearing from you all.

 

  • Fees such as lecture fees, transportation expenses for lecturers, etc., are not charged. 
  • The organizer is requested to manage the venue, clean up and arrange the participants.
  • The standard time required is 1 hour.
  • Please arrange a computer, screen and projector, as they are necessary for the lecture. (If you cannot make the arrangement, please consult with us separately)
  • We can accommodate up to approximately 30 people.
  • Note that the contents will generally be the same for the second and subsequent sessions.
  • Please schedule the lecture start time between 10:00 am and 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
  • We cannot hold the lectures on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
  • Lecturers can be dispatched to Tokyo, Kanagawa, Yamanashi, Nagano and Shizuoka Prefectures (excluding island areas).

Measures to prevent the spread of new corona infection

We request the organizers to ensure that participants of the lecture take the following measures to prevent infection.

 

  1. Check the temperature when participants enter the venue and disinfect the venue with an alcohol-based disinfectant
  2. Wear a mask or a face shield to prevent scattering
  3. Maintain a distance of 2 m or more between participants and between the instructor and participants
  4. Ventilation in the venue (to the extent possible)

 

If there is a limit on the number of people allowed to enter the venue based on national or local regulations, please adhere to that limit.

 

Please note that if the above infection prevention measures cannot be implemented or an emergency is declared, we may not be able to hold the lecture.
